We utilize imported main raw materials like Miki & Mitsubishi Nonwovens, BASF/SOLVAY PSF, ensuring stable product quality. Moreover, our post-processing production method refrains from chlorination treatment, thereby extending the restorative life of our membrane elements after cleaning

A,Flat sheets quality control, a single production of 1000 meters RO flat sheet, we will be in 30 meters, 100 meters, 300 meters, 600 meters, 900 meters sampling test, to ensure the stability of the flat sheet, to achieve internal control standards.

B, When we finished produce flat sheet, we will roll up 10-20 samples, in Nacl solution standard conditions test, confirm the batch sample quality qualified, we will arrange for the production of customer orders.

C, Customer orders, each membrane components will do vacuum test to insure the performance up to standard.
